Come celebrate the release of Meredith’s first book, Les Portes, at Walls Turned Sideways (2717 W Madison St, Chicago) on May 16 at 6 p.m. The event will feature readings from Meredith Nnoka alongside artist and activist Monica Cosby, followed by a panel discussion with Monica Cosby, Erica Meiners, Colette Payne, and Chez Rumpf. This event is free and open to the public. Drinks and snacks will be served.
